Crepes with ham and fontina cheese. Local. Piping hot. Swimming in cheese.

Cheese beignets were rich and crispy. Salad was fresh with a coleslaw-like dressing.

And salad and one charcuterie board; very rich with cheese and mushrooms. 🫕 Try the Champagne and truffle fondue next time. It must be super rich.

The staff reported that it was rainbow trout. It was pink. Flavorless. Farm-raised salmon? Three points for the delicious, red sauce. (Chinook= best salmon)
