A very warm and comforting dish. Subtle flavors need a bit of salt. Goat cooked till it falls apart blended with beans makes for a very rich and creamy consistency.

I was hoping that they used their delicious Taco beef, didn’t seem like it or maybe just not a great batch that night. Chile Con Carne always great though.
