A very good guacamole, a little heavy on the cilantro IN the guac not just on top. Sweet potato chips an interesting deviation that worked well. Too $$$ IMO.

Lot of hype, was good, but didn't quite live up to expectation. Also not as crispy as I'd have liked. They should serve w/ side of pure Maple syrup for dipping!

Rich & creamy thick vanilla custard, very sweet. Added peanut butter swirl but that didn't pair all that well with the Vanilla.

Really enjoyed the thin sliced pork with its seasoning/glaze. Comes w/ delicious lemon grass sauce & don't forget to add the on table Fish Sauce liberally.
