All the right chords. A sprinkle of salt on the PB might have brought out the flavor a little more. Pretty close to a 10 even so.

Refreshing & zesty! The perfect balance of gin and lime makes this Gimlet a tasty, crisp cocktail.

Fries a bit on the limp side. Needed a little extra time in the fryer. Sauce is super mild, needs salt and acidity to pep it up. Sage super mild almost unnoticeable.

Excellent icing. Cake a bit heavy, almost like corn bread in density & crumb. For a GF cake, not bad & certainly happy they have ANY option at all for dessert.

Def NOT worth the $8 upgrade for a light dusting of Carne Seca. Under-cooked a bit. Added ranch, Tabasco, lime, & salt - then it was a 9. Needs a drizzle of salty/acidic sauce.

Good fresh salad ingredients. Steak was seasoned well but very tough/chewy, even though medium rare.

Crispy golden fried chicken & crunchy fries. Just a hint of something unexpected in breading, some warm spice like nutmeg or cinnamon? Not terribly distracting but noticeable.

A LOT going on here. Lost the subtle Salmon a little. Toast was good, avocado spread was nice. Maybe a little less greens would help? Tasty, just wanted Salmon to shine more.
8
A pretty good Clam Chowder for land locked nowhere-near-the-sea Tucson AZ. Creamy & rich. Fresh flavors. Added a touch of salt but other than that, good soup.
9
Fresh bread, pulled pork falls apart, mustard was perfectly subtle, crunchy thick sliced pickles. Really great sandwich.
