Tender eggplant in that sweet, tangy, sour, spicy sauce is always a crowd-pleaser even if you don't like eggplant. Pork does add a little extra richness but doesn't need it.

BEST tofu dish anywhere! Battered & fried to crispy perfection & whatever spices/seasoning they use are just hamazing. Salty & rich, crunchy. Don't like tofu? You'll like this!

Tender beef, shredded, battered, fried & tossed in that Orange sauce - dang! So sweet & tangy, rich & satisfying. Only issue is we needed 2x orders for the table!

Did actually taste like Dr. Pepper. Overall VERY sweet. Too sweet maybe.

Idli was very plain unflavored rice pillows that were good for dipping. Vada was good but needed a vinegar based chutney to better enjoy. Very plain. Nice crispy exterior.

Since the dough is steamed it was a bit chewy in a way I wasn't terribly fond of. Good flavors through & tasty chutneys. A LOT of filling food. Good for sharing.

Only docked pt cause Dosa was a bit chewy. Otherwise, flavors/spices/filling excellent. Different presentation than other places as well maybe why chewy?

Salt & Pepper Calamari. Eat quickly when hot. Gets rubbery fast as it cools. Nice crispy salty batter & that sour dipping sauce is great - put that on other stuff...so tangy!

Vermicelli bowl - Pork was moist & had extra sauce of some sort that was salty & sweet & delicious. Everything else pretty standard w/ other places, i.e. noodles & veggies.

The dosa was wrapped tightly w/ filling so if you like the thin crispy parts there are none. Good flavor. I enjoyed the fresh onions & various dipping sauces.
