Fat was a bit rubbery, but totally worth it. Overall flavor, excellent. Crisp fried shallots were delicious. Wasn’t a fan of sauce, smokey w/ hints of BBQ. Didn’t match pork.

Delicious. Bananas are caramelized. The streusel style nut topping is crunchy/salty & pairs great. And the ice cream is phenomenal, really, maybe they make on site. So good.

Wow! These are great fries. Big honkin’ wedges but somehow still crunchy on the outside & soft inside. Salty & delicious. Forget the ketchup, use their Tartar sauce instead!

Good, rich, melt in your mouth Barbacoa. Good salt & flavor. Needs some lime & maybe avocado to make it a 10. Pretty great as is tough.
