A little heavy on the nutmeg or maybe ginger but was very moist and dense. The icing appears to be scant but actually complimented w/ just right amount of sweetness.

Tofu is full bodied and silky soft, not shriveled like other fried tofu dishes. Nice clean flavor and a good sauce. Good starter.

A LOT going on here. Tuna perfect. Honey wasabi sauce is good but *maybe* too overpowering? Goat cheese a nice addition. Overall, really good.

I think it needed same salty coconut drizzle as the Mango w/ Sticky Rice. I LOVE their coconut ice cream & their sticky rice is top notch. A lot of sweet, needed salt for a 10.

An absolute fam favorite. Lots of different beautifully synchronous spices coming together for this warm, rich, flavorful, satisfying dish. Brown rice is a perfect compliment.

It’s very hard to gently cook a scallop to perfection w/o undercooking bacon. Bacon was chewy. Scallops were perfect though & sauce was spicy and tasty.

Patty WAY overcooked. Literally, hard to swallow. Goat cheese pretty mild. Great bacon though. Needed more chipotle sauce! Get extra next time. Delicious hamburger buns.

Burger was WAY overcooked. Blue cheese fairly strong. Bacon was perfect & buns are great. That tough burger really ruined it all though.
